Every Luma order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with a product for any reason, contact us on WhatsApp within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Opened bottles are fine — we'd rather you actually try the product.
